Individual Therapy
The therapy process is tailored specifically to you, as every person is different. A therapist can be a helpful guide for navigating the challenges of life. While it is up to you to make changes in your day-to-day life, a therapist can help you see a path forward. Therapy can be quick and solution-focused, or be a longer source of support - depending on what each person needs. Therapy can be helpful for navigating life transitions, increasing healthy coping skills, improving communication with loved ones, increasing motivation and focus, improving sleep and other health habits, and developing emotional intelligence.
I only work with adult individuals and do not offer couples therapy or child therapy at this time.

Specialized Treatments
My specialties include cancer, chronic illness, religious trauma, OCD and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, and grief. I also enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those in helping professions (first responders, teachers, etc).

Groups
If you are experiencing Long-COVID, we have a 6-week support and processing group via secure, private GoogleMeet where you will receive support from others experiencing similar symptoms as well as processing the loss of identity, challenges with loved ones, advocating for yourself in the medical system, etc.
